TYTEX WHISTLEBLOWER SCHEME (UK)

At Tytex Group we want to stand for openness and responsibility in everything we do, just as we want to promote an open culture based on dialogue. Everyone should be able to express themselves freely if they have experienced irregularities or illegalities committed by the company's employees. Recognizing that it is important that this type of information comes to light and that an open corporate culture is not always sufficient for this to happen, we have established a whistleblower scheme.

Our whistleblower scheme enables our employees, business associates and other external stakeholders to report if they identify or experience irregularities in relation to Tytex's core values and obligations, our policies and procedures and any legal infringement.

For all stakeholders, there will be no sanctions or other disciplinary action for reports made in good faith or based on a reasonable belief in violation or suspicion of violation.

Tytex Group has established a whistleblower scheme handled by Zefyr Porteføljepleje P/S with assistance from Whistlesystem. Information about your rights, confidentiality and how we process your personal data through the system provider is available here: Whistlesystem.

WHAT CAN BE REPORTED?

You are to report serious compliance-related issues, e.g. serious breach of our fundamental policies, legal violations, fraud or other conditions that represent illegal activity or may harm Tytex or the Group's employees.

The scheme can not be used for commercial inquiries, questions related to employment applications or other general questions. Contact the relevant manager at Tytex or see our website for more information.

Concerns related to employment conditions or conditions in the local workplace, such as conflicts with colleagues and managers, disciplinary sanctions, proper and timely payment of salaries and benefits must normally be resolved locally unless the matter is unusually serious or cannot be reported through the permanent management structure.

CONFIDENTIALITY

All reports are anonymous and confidential, unless you directly write contact information in the report itself - any submitted reports cannot be traced back to you.

However, we encourage you to provide as much information as possible to facilitate case processing. The administrator of the scheme ensures that all concerns are addressed seriously and appropriately, and all reports are received only by an independent third party.

However, whether the report is sent anonymously or with contact information, the system send you a receipt for the notification and the opportunity to tell you when the case is closed.
