The textile will adapt to the body shape at all times ensuring that the product will provide the necessary compression needed for recovery, as well as the best possible comfort at all times during prolonged wear.
Targeted compression and fixation means that our products are designed to provide the necessary compression and fixation exactly where needed. By controlling compression on the scar tissue, the healing process advances faster and patient comfort is hightened. The compression zones are specially designed into each product based on indication.
For optimum healing, the surgery site needs rest. That is why our products are designed to guarantee no seams in the wound or scar area and at any other critical sites of the applied area. This provides maximum skin friendliness and prevents pressure marks, as well as irritation of skin and tissue.
When it comes to medical textiles and post-op garments, no size fits all. That is why we base all our sizes on three parametres; statistical body knowledge, comfort stretch measurements and extensive knowledge and experience with the combination of knitting methods in different materials. TASK FORCE 1 - PRODUCT QUALIFICATION
The first task force in action is the product qualifying team. This team consists of designers, medical textile and hospital garment experts, engineers and clinical advisors, all located at our R&D centre in Ikast. Here, full-scale work equipment is on-site. Based on the input the team gets from meetings with you, they use their experience in their respective fields to compose your product, making it 100% according to your requests and requirements.
They are also your advisors, and you will experience that the team challenges you and gives you professional sparring on all aspects of design, textile and medical functions.
TASK FORCE 2 - MANUFACTURING PREPARATION
Our second task force takes care of manufacturing preparation and implementation of your product development project.
Located in Slovakia, the R&D department has a complete set of production equipment at hand, ensuring that the development process is carried out in full accordance with real products. This team is dedicated to controlled process implementation, as well as reviewing and implementing new products into production. If Intellectual Property Rights is part of your development strategy, we can help you. We have many years of experience in application, registration and handling patents and design registrations. OUR CURRENT DESIGN REGISTRATION
ZoneTech® is a unique product feature, by which we integrate and target the fixation and compression zones in our products. By doing so, we can design products that are 100% in line with the compression requirements, e.g. after a specific surgery. To be able to clearly illustrate and indicate where these zones are placed in a product, Tytex has invented the colour-coded products - products that are completely identical with real products, but has different colours knitted into the zones for demonstrative purposes. This design is registered as ZoneTech®.
ZoneTech® protects the graphical identity of our colour coded products and artwork, i.e. the way we illustrate where the compression zones are located, in both our printed material and in the physical products.
